Holland Wilson Calligraphy

Local artist Holly Wilson of Holland Wilson Calligraphy is one of the most talented calligraphers I've ever seen. Her attention to detail and steady hand makes the perfect first impression on a wedding invitation. See for yourself!

This lettering is truly stunning, and it's a Holland Wilson original!

For this suite, she matched the exact font used on the invitation and reply card ("L'Oiseau" designed by Lucky Luxe Couture Correspondence) for a total creative and cohesive aesthetic.

The trifecta: Outer envelopes, table numbers and escort cards.

Holly can do absolutely anything - even design an entire invitation based on the calligraphy of your choice as seen here. Her talents are endless, and there never was a sweeter human being. So if you're getting hitched or are just in the market for some fabulous lettering, give her a shout! :)

Winter Wedding Inspiration

As you know, I got married in the month of January. It's such a beautiful time to have a wedding, and it allows you to use some truly unique decorating ideas. If you remember, we had a sort of winter icicle-inspired tree with clear jewels and tea candles hanging from it:

I think it would be just lovely for a bride and groom to leave as a fresh coat of snow fell.

I love the simplicity of this cake. Simple yet elegant.
