I couldn't wait to use the fairground as the backdrop for our engagement photos when Chad and I were engaged; however, it rained nearly every day so we weren't able to make it happen. But I get the tingles when I think about a young couple, madly in love, sharing a candy apple on the ferris wheel.

October 1 Wedding

One of my long time friends - Hope - got engaged this weekend, and I can't stop thinking about her wedding. October 1 has been mentioned as a potential date, and I am literally salivating at the possibilities of a Fall wedding soiree. I see oranges and browns of all shades with a hint of magenta here and there. Pumpkins with a big, swirly "S" carved into the middle with candlelight shining through. Lanterns hanging from tree branches. Gourds as centerpieces or even place cards. The perfect weather outside and Fall leaves on the ground... Maybe even a candy apple or two.
